About Me
Hey! I'm a 15-year-old Staff Manager with several years of experience working in the Minecraft server community. While I’m still learning when it comes to plugin configuration, my real strength lies in people management — I’m great at building strong, motivated staff teams and making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes.I have dyslexia and ADHD, but I’ve learned how to work around them and use my creativity, energy, and adaptability as an advantage. These challenges taught me how to problem-solve, stay organized, and communicate clearly — skills I now use every day in staff work.Some of my hobbies include music, football, lacrosse, and Minecraft. I’ve been playing Minecraft for years and know the game inside and out — both as a player and a staff member. I’m passionate about creating positive communities and helping others thrive.
